HOPE THE BEARDED DRAGON

HOPE THE BEARDED DRAGON

Hope the bearded dragon was found in a carport at a Roma residence, where she had been for a few days. Her rescuer contacted MWCEC concerned for her wellbeing and safety. Hope came into care on the     January. She was in poor health and a vet visit was necessary.

After being in care with MWCEC for a short time and following vet care instructions she still wasn’t thriving as she should be. MWCEC contacted M.A.D Exotics and Reptile Care Toowoomba for Hope to receive more specialised care. Hope was transported to Toowoomba for assessment and treatment. Hope was in a critical condition and was placed in ICU.

After 10 weeks in care with M.A.D Exotics and Reptile Care Toowoomba Hope has reached her goal weight. MWCEC can organise transport for Hope to return to the Maranoa region for release.

We are thankful to M.A.D Exotics & Reptile Care for the specialised care, regular updates, and photos of Hope.
